banana citrus salad

— February 19, 2016

Bananas are tricky business in our house of 5. Some like them, some don’t and some do…kinda. I am one of the “kinda” banana lovin’ folks in my house, but this Banana Citrus Salad is one way that I will always eat my bananas. The tartness and texture of the mandarin oranges and grapefruit slices against the sweet and creamy taste the banana adds works so well. And it is Easy Eating – no recipe required – you can make this any day of the week!

And I forgot to top it with shredded coconut, but let me tell ya….yummo!
